- Perform Advanced Diagnostics: Conduct laboratory and electrocardiograph procedures to support accurate diagnoses.
- Prescribe and Dispense Medications: Manage pharmaceuticals, including controlled substances, in compliance with DEA regulations and collaborative agreements.
- Lead Training and Preparedness: Build and lead volunteer medical response teams, conduct weekly training sessions, and maintain readiness of emergency equipment and supplies.
- Promote Health and Safety: Deliver first aid training, fitness assessments, and lifestyle education programs to encourage wellness in remote environments.
- Support Occupational Health: Perform audiograms, pulmonary function tests, respirator fit tests, and regulated/non-regulated drug and alcohol testing.
- Ensure Compliance and Documentation: Maintain accurate medical records, injury reports, and statistical logs according to company policies and medical standards.
