Salary: $120,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year

Job Overview
Our LGBT+ community health center is seeking a BILINGUAL (English/Spanish) Nurse Practitioner to join our fast-paced and growing team. The family nurse practitioner will provide primary care services, perform physical exams and disease screenings, order and interpret lab work, and perform diagnostic procedures. The ideal candidate will be experienced in family medicine and motivated to help patients better understand their illnesses and improve their overall wellness. New graduates, welcome to apply!

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients.
• Resolve patient's medical issues by integrating the techniques of different specialists and fields.
• Provide primary care services to patients.
• Manage the needs of a patient across multiple visits.
• Strong background in infectious disease (HIV) preferred.
• Manage airways during emergencies.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations for patient confidentiality.
• Process specimen collections and ensure accurate processing.
• Maintain detailed medical documentation for patient records.
• Demonstrate proficiency in medical terminology.

Skills

• Proficiency in HIV/AIDS and primary care.
• Strong medical documentation skills.
• Familiarity with discharge planning procedures.
• Compassionate attitude toward delivering exceptional patient care.
