Position: Maintenance Manager Location: Cincinnati, OH Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm, with on-call rotation and emergency coverage Pay Rate: up to $35/hour (based on experience and qualifications) Make an Impact As a Maintenance Manager , you’ll lead a team of Maintenance Technicians maintaining Condominium and Homeowner Association communities. This direct leadership role blends technical expertise with team management to ensure every community receives reliable, high-quality service.
