Project Superintendent

Job Title: Project SuperintendentLocation: Phoenix, AZSalary Rate: $80,000 - $120,000We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on complex industrial and semiconductor construction projects. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating trade partners, driving safety and quality initiatives, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.ResponsibilitiesLead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project turnover.Champion a strong safety culture through inspections, audits, and enforcement of jobsite safety standards.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain productivity and schedule commitments.Develop and manage short-term schedules, manpower plans, and site logistics.Monitor quality control processes and ensure work complies with project specifications and industry standards.Identify and resolve field issues, constructability challenges, and schedule risks.Review drawings, shop drawings, submittals, and construction documents.Maintain detailed daily reports and communicate project status to stakeholders.Support commissioning, startup, and closeout activities.Build strong relationships with clients, design teams, and trade partners.Qualifications5+ years of experience leading industrial, semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, data center, or other highly technical construction projects.Strong understanding of industrial construction systems, including process utilities, mechanical, electrical, and cleanroom environments.Proven track record managing projects valued at $20M+.Experience implementing and enforcing comprehensive safety programs.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with Procore, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office.BenefitsFull Benefits
