UI Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support modern interactive UI solutions using ReactJS

• Build complex navigation structures and multiple React components

• Interface with Java backend APIs to provide the UI with proper data

• Package and deploy applications via CI/CD pipelines into a cloud environment (Azure)

• Collaborate with Backend Developers, HTML coders, and Graphic Designers

• Optimize websites, programs, and applications for better speed and functionality

• Conduct troubleshooting and gather feedback from technical staff and clients

• Develop functional documentation and guidelines for team members

• Use analytical tools to determine website performance (speed, load time, etc.)

Must-Have Qualifications

Requirement Details

1 Education-Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

2 Years of Experience - 8+ years as a UI/UX Developer or Web Developer

3 Core Languages- Complete knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)

4 React.js Expertise - Expert-level proficiency in React.js (modern React with Hooks)

5 State Management- Experience with Redux, React-Context API, or similar state management libraries

6 Async Programming - Good understanding of asynchronous, closure, and event-driven programming

7 Browser Performance - Good understanding of browser rendering behaviour and performance optimization

8 Module Loaders & Testing- Familiarity with JavaScript module loaders and testing tools

9 Build Tools- Familiarity with front-end build tools (Webpack, Grunt, Gulp.js)

10 Cloud Platforms- Experience with Azure (preferred) or AWS

11 CI/CD Pipelines- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes

12 Security Frameworks - Experience with standard industry security frameworks

13 Soft Skills - Strong analytical, multitasking, organizational, and communication skills; ability to work in a team and under pressure

Preference Details

1. Regulated Industry- Experience in large regulated industries (Finance, Healthcare, Insurance) is preferred but not required

2. Financial Services- Banking/financial services experience is a plus

3. Design Collaboration- Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)

4.UI/UX Best Practices- Knowledge of website design best practices and responsive design

5 Angular/Vue Familiarity with other modern JS frameworks (Angular, Polymer, Vue) is a plus, but React is primary

Top 3 Priority Skills (Critical for Success)

1. ReactJS Development - Advanced knowledge of React components, hooks, routing, lifecycle, and virtual DOM

2. Cloud Technologies - Azure preferred; AWS will be considered

3. CI/CD Pipelines - Automated deployment of code through CI/CD processes

• Product: Digital asset issuance - carbon offset tokens, digital cash
