ACT Nurse LPN Position at Clarvida - LouisianaPosition at Clarvida - LouisianaACT Nurse LPN Location: Metairie, Louisiana (Community-based) Employment Type: Part-time Salary: $48,000 - $51,000 Date Posted: 8/4/2026About the RoleClarvida is seeking an ACT Nurse LPN to join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team serving adults with severe and persistent mental illness. In this role, you will be a critical part of a multidisciplinary team providing intensive, community-based services designed to support recovery, stability, and independence.ACT services are delivered where clients live, work, and spend time in the community. You will support a specialized caseload, helping clients achieve treatment plan goals while remaining integrated with family, friends, and community supports.
