One Hope United’s residential care program provides a range of quality services to adolescents in foster care. Youth entering residential care are traumatized and sometimes in crisis. As a Youth Care Worker in our residential program, you are a part of a team that provides a range of mental health services to our youth. What you would be doing Provide supervision for the youth in their residential home. Train, model, and build skills for the youth. Deliver individual and group instruction to teach youth skills in daily living, recreational activities, socialization, and independent living. Empower youth toward the goals outlined in their Individual Treatment Plans and the OHU Residential Program Plans. Gain certification in the Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) approved behavior modification program. Support the youth’s growth and development. Provide care and treatment that is strength‑based, trauma‑informed, and person‑centered. What you can expect from us Up to 4 weeks of paid vacation days, 6 paid personal days, and 5 paid sick days annually. Tuition assistance up to $2,500 per year. Contract Required Age: 21‑years‑old according to contract requirements. Experience 1–3 years of human services experience preferred. Qualifications Preferred High School Diploma or better in General Studies.
