Foreman

Job Summary Support the Foreman in all his activities and if necessary, he takes the role of the formulators. In case of absence he takes the role of the Foreman. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Assist the foreman in all the activities. Assist in coordination of all the production operators of the shift. Assist in monitoring production processes. Verify and register all the records of production activities and inventory levels. If necessary, prepare shifts. Out of normal working time ensure the respect of the rules of the site for all the people. Other duties as assigned. Required Education and Knowledge High school diploma or equivalent. At least 5 years of industrial experience in the production of chemical products. Technical documentation principles knowledge. Knowledge of health and safety policies and regulation, waste disposal, and quality systems. Required Skills and Abilities Good interpersonal skills. Knowledge of the main industrial equipment. Ability to read and comprehend technical documentation. Leadership skills. Informatic knowledge. Job Expectations/Working Conditions Required to move throughout a production building and plant site.
