About the Role & Team: Disney Direct to Consumer (DTC) operates Disney+ and Hulu, delivering a vast array of movies and shows across multiple beloved franchises including Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, and more. Job Summary: This role will support the SVP of the DTC Streaming VX organization and is integral to the leadership team. The ideal candidate will create structure and efficiency, enabling the SVP to focus on strategic priorities by managing dynamic schedules, coordinating travel, facilitating meetings, and ensuring seamless communication across teams. What You Will Do: Manage the operating rhythm for the SVP and leadership team, including staff meetings, business reviews, and All‑Hands meetings, ensuring agendas and follow‑ups are clear and timely. Handle complex calendars, travel arrangements, expense tracking, and maintain action item lists. Coordinate executive travel and site visits with meticulous attention to detail, covering logistics and materials. Build strong relationships within the team and with external partners to further the organization’s success. Foster a collaborative and positive communication culture within the organization. Plan events for team members, offsite meetings, and engagement activities. Capture and distribute meeting minutes and ensure proactive follow‑up on commitments and decisions. Act as a dependable resource for the team, contributing positively to the office environment. Draft internal communications such as newsletters and memos that accurately convey organizational priorities and updates. Work with leadership to shape effective communication strategies for the department. Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgment when handling sensitive information. Support the management of interdepartmental meetings and address emerging topics requiring communication. Assist with workplace experience needs, including seating management and compliance procedures. Required Qualifications & Skills: 3 – 5 years of administrative experience supporting senior‑level executives. Proficient in drafting communications and creating presentations, newsletters, etc. Ability to prioritize effectively and anticipate needs in a fast‑paced environment. Proven capability to create order from ambiguity and propose practical solutions. Strong relationship‑building skills and ability to multi‑task under pressure. A positive attitude and willingness to tackle any task, big or small. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in project and vendor management. Expertise in managing complex calendars and travel logistics. Experience in organizing team events and employee engagement activities. Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and Teams. Nice to Haves: Familiarity with the digital and television industry. Experience working within TWDC and the DTC Streaming organization. Interest in understanding the Viewer Experience business and its operations. Education: Bachelor’s degree. The hiring range for this position in Santa Monica, CA is $79,400.00 to $106,400.00 per year based on a 40‑hour work week.
