Role: Packaging Supervisor Location: Salem, OR Full Time Overview We are Growers, We are Wholesalers, We are Producers, We Are Budtenders, We are Retailers, We are Partners, and We are Hiring Responsibilities Lead packaging team in preparing, trimming, sorting, filling, packing, and labeling cannabis products Oversee packaging inventory documentation and accuracy Operate machinery to fill vape cartridges and/or pre-rolls Collaborate with other department leaders to ensure efficient order fulfillment Train new packaging associates on daily tasks Qualifications Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively lead and motivate teams. Demonstrated knowledge of cannabis packaging methods. Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to adapt to changing conditions and solve problems. Passionate about the cannabis industry, and the plant itself.
