Development Director (Online)

Location: Remote in California or one of these states: Our mission is to promote American values through the creative use of digital media, technology and edu-tainment. The Development Director will report directly to the Head of Development while working closely with the CDO, CEO, and other key departments. This role requires professionalism, optimism, and ease in engaging with high-net-worth individuals, along with the drive to demonstrate consistent progress and results in a high volume environment. Personally qualify current online donors to identify high-capacity supporters, while also actively prospecting for new donor opportunities Maintain accurate and timely donor records in CRM to ensure effective stewardship and track funds raised Collaborate with the in-house development team, including data, events, foundations, legacy giving, and fellow fundraisers, to support fundraising strategies Stay informed on fundraising trends and best practices within the nonprofit community 7-10+ years of experience in nonprofit fundraising and/or sales/business development (highly preferred)

• Experience with fundraising CRM software preferred
• Proven ability to act as an ambitious self-starter, uphold high ethical standards, and demonstrate familiarity with PragerU's content, presenters, and worldview
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 20 - 25% of the time
• Familiarity with the digital ecosystem and social media channels

Salary Range : The salary target for this role is $110,000 - $150,000+. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and most recent market data. This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on personal and company performance, in addition to our robust benefits package.
