Class B Local Driver - CDL Class B - 4 Day Work Week

OVERVIEW:

Working as a Full-Time Driver (DOT - CDL) - Class B, you will be representing the Fastenal fleet as it delivers from its Distribution Centers to its branches and customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Providing excellent service to our branches and customers by delivering product in a prompt, efficient manner Interacting with our shipping and receiving departments Maintaining a clean work environment within our equipment

QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent written and oral communication skills Possess or are currently in progress of obtaining a Class B Commercial Driver's License Possess a current Health Card OR have the ability to obtain one Possess a current Haz Mat endorsement OR have the ability to obtain one Ability to meet Fastenal driving record requirements Possess strong working knowledge of the DOT regulations in regards to a CDL Driver Ability to maintain DOT regulated Drivers Hours-of-Service Willingness and ability to drive interstate routes across state lines Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and maneuver up to 150 lbs Ability to successfully complete the required DOT drug and alcohol screens, road test, employment verification and background check Pass a sex offender registry check, required by a customer/contract serviced by this location Pay $47,000/year + $4,000 Hiring Bonus Benefits Fastenal offers a competitive benefits package to all full-time employees.
