A day in the life As our Marketing Analyst on the Commercial Lines team, you’ll support Producers, Marketing Account Executives, Marketing Specialists, Client Account Executives, and other team members in the preparation for and execution of marketing and placement of insurance coverages with carriers on both new and renewal business. Your duties include quoting and rating various programs for multiple insurance carriers, comparing coverages, terms, and conditions of quotes, creating and transmitting submissions to carriers, preparing proposals, processing binder requests, and building and growing relationships with clients, carrier representatives, and teammates. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent education Relevant insurance industry education, training, or experience Property and Casualty insurance license Basic insurance knowledge with a strong desire to learn and achieve insurance designations such as Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI), INS, Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Certified Risk Manager (CRM), or Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive business relationships with clients and partners Additional Qualifications (plus, but not required) College degree or equivalent education and/or experience Insurance industry certifications beyond the necessary license Significant prior insurance industry experience and knowledge of carriers and markets Valuable Benefits Generous time off, including personal and volunteering days Tuition reimbursement and professional development opportunities Hybrid work model Charitable contribution match programs Stock purchase opportunities EEO Statement Marsh McLennan and its affiliates are EOE Minority/Female/Disability/Vet/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity employers. #J-18808-Ljbffr Marsh McLennan Agency
