Being part of our organization means opportunities to build your skills, grow your career, and make a difference close to home.Available Shift(s): Day Shift: 7AM - 7PM Compensation: $31 - $40.50, based on experience + applicable shift differentials and full-time modified compensation options Position Status: Non-ExemptAbout the RoleWe're looking for an LPN who combines strong clinical skills with compassion, communication, and teamwork. You'll provide direct nursing care while helping coordinate the day-to-day work of nursing assistants and other assigned team members.From medications and treatments to monitoring resident status and collaborating with families and providers, you'll play an important role in ensuring residents receive safe, responsive care.What You'll DoProvide direct nursing care and supervise assigned nursing assistants and support staff.Monitor resident status and promptly communicate significant changes.Administer medications and monitor residents for adverse reactions.Perform wound care, treatments, and nursing procedures within scope of practice.Accurately carry out and document physician orders.Participate in admissions, discharges, transfers, rounds, and care planning.Coordinate follow-up appointments and transportation needs.Collaborate with residents, families, providers, and the interdisciplinary team.Support end-of-life care when needed.Promote teamwork, regulatory compliance, and survey readiness.What We're Looking ForGraduate of an accredited LPN/LVN program.Current unrestricted LPN license in the practicing state.Current CPR certification.Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills.Ability to organize priorities and remain composed in a changing healthcare environment.Prior long-term care experience preferred.BenefitsHealthcare benefits (full-time only)Dental (full-time only)Vision (full-time only)STD/LTDLife Insurance401(k) ProgramVacation and sick timePersonal days (full-time only)Wellness program with free telehealth, preventative care, deep discounts on some pharmaceutical prescriptions, and moreEligible full-time employees may elect Modified Compensation calculated at 10-20% of the base rate in lieu of select benefits.Ready to make a difference?
