Qualifications:

• Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
• Valid state licensure to practice as an RRT in Georgia or eligibility to obtain.
• Recent clinical experience in respiratory care, preferably within acute care or hospital settings.
• Proficiency in ventilator management, airway care, and emergency response.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based practices and continuous professional improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients and develop respiratory care plans.
• Administer therapeutic procedures, including oxygen therapy, aerosolized medications, and chest physiotherapy.
• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot mechanical ventilation devices.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and the care team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory therapies and equipment.
• Document care accurately, adhering to regulatory and facility standards.
