Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Remote Opportunity

Evansville Wellness & Mental Health PC is actively seeking a dedicated and licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time remote position rooted in a Hospice Care setting. This role will primarily involve providing therapeutic support to individuals and couples, focusing on improving mental health and emotional well-being while maintaining professionalism and empathetic relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, fostering a safe and supportive atmosphere for clients across various demographics.
• Utilize a billing service that efficiently manages claims and client accounts, ensuring a smooth administrative workflow and allowing you to concentrate on clinical responsibilities.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of all client interactions, including intake assessments and ongoing treatment notes, complying with legal and ethical standards.
• Schedule ongoing appointments and manage your client calendar effectively to ensure consistency in care and client engagement.
• Demonstrate a flexible approach to various clinical presentations, adapting therapeutic interventions based on client needs and progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will impact a broad range of clients, from children to older adults, who are experiencing diverse mental health needs. In this role, you will be positioned to offer support to individuals grappling with grief, anxiety, depression, and various life transitions, particularly those involving end-of-life issues associated with hospice care.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work or a closely related field.
• Current and valid licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), allowing you to practice independently.
• Exceptional professionalism, including strong therapeutic boundaries, cultural sensitivity, self-motivation, and excellent time-management skills.
• Ability to work full-time with a minimum availability of 20-25 hours a week, including at least two evenings.

Preferred Experience

• Demonstrated experience or specialized training in couples therapy, which will be highly regarded in the selection process.
• A background in providing therapy remotely is beneficial, along with familiarity with telehealth technologies and practices.
• A commitment to professional development, showcasing a desire to pursue ongoing education and training to enhance therapeutic approaches.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to USD 100,000, commensurate with experience, as well as the opportunity for bonuses based on performance. In addition to a supportive and fulfilling work environment, our benefits package includes:
