Au sein de notre agence, vous intégrez une équipe de 20 experts pour concevoir et mettre en œuvre des solutions Salesforce qui améliorent l'efficacité et le pilotage des stratégies de nos clients, tout en maximisant la valeur de leurs données clients. Digital Services France place le Numérique Responsable au cœur de ses préoccupations, affirmant ainsi l’importance qu’elle accorde au numérique inclusif, durable et de confiance. Vos missions : Comprendre les besoins clients : Recueillir, analyser et formuler des recommandations pour optimiser les processus CRM Concevoir des solutions CRM : Rédiger des spécifications techniques et fonctionnelles adaptées aux besoins métiers Accompagner les utilisateurs : Aider les clients à construire et personnaliser leurs interfaces CRM (tableaux de bord, workflows, etc.) Gérer les priorités : Piloter la planification des projets CRM et suivre les charges Assurer la liaison : Faire le lien entre les équipes métiers et techniques pour assurer une bonne intégration du CRM Coordonner la recette fonctionnelle : Rédiger les cahiers de recettes et superviser la phase de test utilisateur Supporter les métiers : Apporter un support fonctionnel tout au long du cycle de vie du projet Ce poste est à pourvoir au sein de notre Agence Occitanie basée à Balma (31) et nécessite de pouvoir se rendre sur site 2 à 3 fois par semaine.
