Your Responsibilities

• Carry out a diverse range of ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety throughout procedures, explaining each step with clarity and care
• Collaborate closely with radiologists and referring physicians to deliver high-quality diagnostic images
• Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, promptly communicating any technical issues
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and manage patient records within the electronic medical system
• Stay current with advancements in ultrasound imaging techniques and best practices

Education & Accreditation

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related discipline
• Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program preferred

Certifications Needed

• Active certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred
