Responsibilities & Qualifications Prior SIU is required. Medical investigative background strongly preferred. College degree or actively pursuing preferred. Candidate should be disciplined, self‑motivated and be able to work independently. Candidate must be able to handle difficult situations that may arise when dealing with directly customers on the phone and online. Must be able to conduct thorough investigations, and have excellent computer skills. Must be able to prepare and write detailed investigative reports in a timely and efficient manner.
