Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) - Part TimeAs a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA), you will provide essential direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel. You'll be responsible for ensuring that residents' daily living activities are met, preserving their dignity and comfort, while adhering to established care plans and safety protocols.ResponsibilitiesAssist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including hygiene, grooming, dressing, and mobility.Maintain a safe environment for residents, including answering call lights promptly and managing safety equipment.Support residents' nutritional needs by assisting with meal delivery and feeding as outlined in care plans.Implement rehabilitative and restorative practices, including mobility and body alignment care.Report any changes in residents' conditions or concerns to the Charge Nurse promptly.ScheduleThis position requires availability for a part-time rotational schedule across day and night shifts, specifically with an orientation that must start on a Tuesday or Thursday.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureNew York State Nursing Assistant Certification is required.BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required from AHA or RQI.A minimum of one year of experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or as a CNA is necessary.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
