Job Description We are seeking an experienced Software Developer 3 to design, develop, and support enterprise applications for the Client The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in full-stack development using .NET Core, C#, React JS, SQL Server, Oracle, Power BI, and Microsoft Azure , with a strong background in modern web application development, cloud technologies, and Agile methodologies. Job Description We are seeking an experienced Software Developer 3 to design, develop, and support enterprise applications for the Client The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in full-stack development using .NET Core, C#, React JS, SQL Server, Oracle, Power BI, and Microsoft Azure , with a strong background in modern web application development, cloud technologies, and Agile methodologies. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise web applications using .NET Core, C#, React JS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS .
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs , backend services, and responsive front-end applications.
- Design, optimize, and maintain SQL Server databases, stored procedures, views, and performance tuning.
- Perform Oracle database development and legacy data migration to SQL Server.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and paginated reports for business intelligence and operational reporting.
- Develop, deploy, and support cloud-based applications using Microsoft Azure , including App Services, Storage, and security services.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines , Git repositories, and DevOps practices for automated deployments.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform application maintenance, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, UX designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and system architecture diagrams.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to coding standards and best practices.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies , sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release management.
- 11+ years of experience in full-stack application development using .NET Core, C#, React JS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS .
- 11+ years of experience with SQL Server , including data modeling, query optimization, performance tuning, stored procedures, views, and functions.
- 11+ years of experience with Oracle , including legacy data migration to SQL Server and Oracle database development.
- 11+ years of experience developing Power BI dashboards, paginated reports, and data transformation solutions .
- 11+ years of hands-on experience with cloud platforms , preferably Microsoft Azure , including application deployment, App Services, Storage, and security.
- 11+ years of experience transforming and migrating legacy applications and data to modern web-based solutions.
- 11+ years of experience converting legacy applications into web-based applications .
- 11+ years of proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps tools .
- 11+ years of experience performing Oracle data migration .
- Knowledge of Section 508 accessibility standards .
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- 8+ years of experience supporting large-scale IT systems in government or other regulated environments .
- 8+ years of experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release activities.
- 6+ years of experience working with Texas State agencies, healthcare, or public sector organizations .
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field .
