Overview We’re hiring a Head of Content at Everful. Most B2B content is forgettable. We’re building something people actually want to watch, read, and learn from. At Everful, we’re creating the definitive content engine for the wholesale industry—across YouTube, blog, and a structured knowledge base. This is a 0→1 role for someone who wants to shape not just content, but how an entire industry learns. Everful is a cross-border wholesale platform connecting global suppliers with modern retailers—offering factory-direct products at scale, flexible MOQs, and seamless global fulfillment. Backed by top VCs, we’re rethinking wholesale with AI-powered infrastructure and a more efficient supply chain. We’re looking for someone who can: Define our content strategy, voice, and narrative Build and scale a multi-channel content engine (YouTube, blog, knowledge base) Turn complex topics (supply chain, pricing, vendor ops) into compelling content Hire and lead a team of writers and creators Work closely with founders and SMEs to turn insights into high-impact storytelling This role is for someone who is both strategic and hands-on, and excited to build from scratch. Role Description This is a full-time, remote position for a Content Lead. The Content Lead will lead the development and execution of content strategy, while also being hands-on in producing and writing high-quality content. This role will oversee content creation and management, ensuring alignment with Everful’s brand voice and business objectives. Responsibilities include guiding editorial processes, managing and mentoring a content team, and directly contributing to key content initiatives across channels to drive the company’s online presence and engagement. Qualifications Proficiency in Content Strategy and the ability to develop comprehensive plans to align content with business objectives Strong Writing and Content Development skills with a focus on creating engaging, high-quality materials Over 7 years Expertise in cross-border B2B wholesale, e-commerce, or DTC brands Proven experience in team management and leadership in a content-focused role Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field Familiarity with SEO/GEO and content performance analytics is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Everful
