Proman is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring materials are properly stored, picked, and shipped.

• Review sales orders to determine items to be picked, packed, and shipped
• Receive and move materials from receiving areas to storage or designated locations
• Sort and store inventory on racks, shelves, or bins by size, type, or product
• Pull materials from orders and distribute to production or shipping
• Assemble, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Scan barcodes and maintain accurate inventory records
• Weigh, count, and measure materials to ensure quality standards are met
• Package products according to company procedures and customer instructions
• Use computers and scanners to track inventory and shipments
• Complete required documentation such as inspection records and shipping paperwork
• Operate forklift to transport materials safely

• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
• Maintain high product quality standards
• Participate in inventory counts and audits

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred
• Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to be trained
• Basic computer and scanning system skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Good communication skills
