Role Overview Zales, part of Signet Jewelers, is hiring seasonal, part‑time, and full‑time team members for its Sales Team. The primary focus is to provide a superior experience to customers, helping them celebrate life and express love through our jewelry offerings. Responsibilities Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires. Present merchandise and share detailed product information, highlighting features and benefits. Provide information regarding extended service plans and financing options. Meet individual and team sales goals. Qualifications Desire to help customers celebrate special moments. Strong customer service, sales, retail and/or jewelry experience. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays. Positive, customer‑focused approach in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Strong communication and relational skills. Benefits Base pay ranging from $15.92 to $24.60 per hour plus commission on sales; final rate based on experience and qualifications.
