We are seeking a Microbiology Section Lab Supervisor who is not only technically strong in clinical microbiology but also passionate about leading teams, ensuring quality, and upholding the highest laboratory standards.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
- Supervise the microbiology section of the laboratory
- Perform and oversee technical procedures and Quality Control
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of laboratory instrumentation
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards (CLIA/CAP)
- Support accurate specimen handling and reporting integrity
- Lead with accountability, precision, and a strong quality mindset
What We’re Looking For
- Current California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) License (Required)
- Strong experience in Clinical Microbiology laboratory operations
- Hands-on expertise in Quality Control, instrumentation, and lab procedures
- Knowledge of laboratory regulatory and quality systems (CLIA/CAP)
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- ASCP certification preferred
