Energy Manager

To support environmental sustainability goals, the full-time remote Energy Manager will develop and implement energy programs, manage energy performance metrics, and collaborate with account teams to optimize utility management and energy conservation measures. Key responsibilities Develop and execute sustainable operations strategies for clients' real estate portfolios, collaborating with stakeholders to achieve objectives Lead energy audits and identify resource efficiency projects, managing them through client approval and coordination with relevant stakeholders Track, analyze, and report on sustainability metrics, including energy, water, and waste, while conducting annual benchmarking to improve performance Required qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, environmental science, energy management, sustainability, or equivalent experience At least five years of experience in an engineering or analytical role related to building management or energy services Ability to perform energy savings calculations using Excel and building simulation models Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing comprehensive energy management programs Advanced skills in software applications such as MS Excel and PowerBI
