A leading healthcare and long-term care organization is seeking a customer-focused Concierge to help create an exceptional experience for residents, families, and visitors. This role is responsible for coordinating hospitality services, fostering a welcoming environment, and serving as a liaison between residents, guests, and facility departments.

The ideal candidate is professional, compassionate, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service while building positive relationships throughout the organization.

Key ResponsibilitiesHospitality & Guest Services

• Greet visitors and provide facility tours, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience.

• Welcome new admissions with a personalized greeting and welcome package.

• Coordinate service-related activities to support resident and family satisfaction.

• Conduct rounds throughout the facility to engage with residents, families, and visitors, addressing concerns and enhancing the overall experience.

• Communicate and follow up with department leaders regarding resident or visitor concerns to ensure timely resolution.

Surveys & Feedback

• Conduct resident entry and exit surveys to gather feedback and identify opportunities for service improvement.

• Assist in monitoring satisfaction levels and supporting initiatives that enhance the resident experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in a healthcare, hospitality, customer service, or long-term care setting preferred.

• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and telephone communication skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to build positive working relationships.

Hourly Rate: $20-$24 per hour based on experience
