Surgical Technologist

The trained Surgical Technologist, under the direct supervision of the Registered Professional Nurse and/or physician, is assigned as an assistant to specific service areas in the Surgical Suite.

Experience Required

• 1 year of Surgical Technologist experience is preferred

Education Requirements

• Graduate of a nationally or regionally accredited educational program for Surgical Technologists

License/Certification Requirements

• Certified Surgical Technologist Credential administered by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or its successor, or other nationally recognized credentialing organization (e.g. NCCT National Center for Competency Testing, etc.)

Special Requirements

• 0700A-730P
• Weekend, holiday, and call rotation required

• MUST BE CERTIFIED

Two Year Commitment:

• $4,000 for Full Time
• $2,000 for Part Time

One Year Commitment:

• $2,000 for Full Time
• $1,000 for Part Time
