Opportunity: Practice in the newly opened Cancer Institute (May 2025) located on the campus of

Mercyhealth Javon Bea Hospital-Riverside in Rockford, IL Build your individual oncology practice as an employed physician with the support of operational leaders and a comprehensive multidisciplinary cancer team Outstanding referral system from primary care and specialty providers EPIC EMR with BEACON oncology module Vast multi-specialty referral sources 501c3 non-for-profit Mercyhealth System Cancer Services

Qualifications: Fellowship trained in Hematology/Medical Oncology Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program in relevant field MD/DO board certified/board eligible Skilled at providing exceptional care The ability to communicate clearly and work as a member of a team

Compensation and Benefits: Highly competitive compensation:

$575,000-$750,000 Retention bonus!
