Associate Director, US Marketing, NMOSD

This is what you will do: The Associate Director will play a key role in the successful creation and execution of strategies and tactics for NMOSD - a rare, devastating, complement-mediated disorder of the central nervous system characterized by relapses. This position will collaborate closely with the Director, U.S. Marketing – NMOSD and will report to the Executive Director of US Marketing –

NMOSD.

You will be responsible for: Key job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Lead development of HCP print and digital branded and unbranded assets
• Lead strategy, development and execution of all NMOSD RAM materials,

including training and development lead * Lead HCP digital strategy, non-personal promotion strategy and execution, including all HCP media and websites * Manage cross-functional collaboration with Diagnostics and Market Access colleagues, including co-developing materials * Develop monthly and quarterly HCP media review reports containing quantitative and qualitative actionable insights for senior leadership in close partnership with operations, finance and sales teams * Manage cross-functional coordination with other Alexion line functions (e.g. clinical, medical affairs, regulatory, sales) focused on key customer segments

• Communicate effectively to all levels of Alexion staff and management
• Work with the highest degree of professionalism and in accordance with the

company’s policies and Code of Ethics and Business Conduct You will need to have:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Candidate will play a key role in developing effective partnerships with key

opinion leaders and work collaboratively across many cross-functional teams. * This person must possess a strong ability to manage multiple projects across functional areas, and work independently when appropriate, within teams, and as a sub-team lead. * Successful results driven performance in marketing roles, including product launches

• Experience in marketing message development and communication
• Strong knowledge of MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Strong organization, planning and prioritization skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $151,082 to $226,622.
