As a house supervisor, you will oversee a 180-bed facility that includes multiple specialized units catering to various patient diagnoses.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - House Supervisor

• Serve as a resource for problem solving and provide clinical expertise
• Facilitate staff mentoring and coaching
• Facilitate patient flow during off shifts
• Supervise nursing care delivered on all units
• Ensure adherence to patient care standards and regulatory requirements

Requirements of the RN - House Supervisor

• Current NY license (required in hand to submit)
• Previous charge experience required
• A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
• EPIC charting system experience required
• BLS certification
• Skilled in code management, de-escalation techniques, and emergency preparedness
