About This Role This position is for an established Materials Planning and SIOP professional who participates in the supply and demand planning process, and is responsible for making minor changes or enhancements in systems and processes to solve problems and improve effectiveness of work area. May work with internal team to develop financial forecasts. Job Description Own supply & demand planning processes for assigned materials and suppliers Execute and support Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) Convert planning signals into supplier actions (POs, expedites, de‑expedites) Drive moderate process and system improvements Partner cross‑functionally (Manufacturing, Sourcing, SIOP, and Inventory) Manage supplier performance against delivery, inventory and service KPIs Support inventory health, CTB, and production reliability initiatives Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 3+ years of material planning / buying experience 2+ years of experience in SAP Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree Communicate and interact with international vendors Analytical skills Ability to cohesively work with various departments and outside vendors Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Pay Range The annual salary for this position is between $64,500.00 - $129,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. Other Compensation This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
