Maintenance Manager

Overview We are looking for a Missionary Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance, upgrades, renovations, and construction of TWR‑owned buildings and houses. The role ensures that our offices, homes, and equipment are well kept and functioning. Our US office in Cary, our station on Guam, and our East Africa team are looking for a missionary to serve as Maintenance Manager, ensuring that TWR‑owned buildings and houses are well maintained and overseeing all building upgrades, renovations and construction. Responsibilities Participate in all aspects of physical plant maintenance including carpentry, masonry, plumbing, painting, minor electrical, and basic grounds maintenance. Regular maintenance of air conditioning units and standby engine. Draw up annual building maintenance budget. Assist the Regional Engineer in ensuring that annual technical goals within the five‑year plan are revised, monitored, and achieved. Ability to manage priorities and workflow with attention to detail. Ability to delegate tasks. Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and make repairs. Desirable Qualifications Ten years’ experience in the construction industry. Construction project management experience. Knowledge of recording studio construction and air conditioning.
