Required Qualifications

A current U.S. Government Security Clearance is not required at start. but candidate should be "clearable". U.S. Citizenship required .
9+ years of relevant experience in data science, data engineering, analytics, or related field
Bachelor's degree in a technical field (or additional experience in lieu of degree)
Strong experience with Python (data manipulation, scripting, analytics)
Experience working with SQL databases (Postgres preferred)
Experience with data extraction, transformation, and preparation (ETL/ELT)
Familiarity with data formats such as JSON, XML, and others
Experience defining and managing data schemas and normalization standards
Strong attention to detail and ability to work through complex data challenges
Willingness to obtain DoD IAT II certification (if not already held)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting cyber or network security operations
Experience with statistical analysis, data profiling, or data validation techniques
Familiarity with command-line tools and shell environments
Experience with Java and Maven
Experience deploying models or services via APIs, Docker, or Kubernetes
Familiarity with RESTful APIs
Experience working in Agile environments
Strong communication and documentation skills

Tech Environment

Languages: Python, SQL (Java a plus)

Data: JSON, XML, SQL schemas, XSD, ECS

Tools: Postgres, APIs, command-line tools

DevOps (Nice to Have): Docker, Kubernetes
