Responsibilities include generating leads and actively pursuing new business opportunities, educating clients about insurance products and recommending appropriate coverage options, fostering strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication, and maintaining accurate client records and managing policy updates efficiently.

Qualifications include excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, experience in sales or customer service preferred, goal-oriented and motivated by achieving measurable results, ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment, ability to make presentations to potential customers, property and casualty license (must be able to obtain), life and health license (must be able to obtain), bachelor's degree preferred, and associate's degree or higher preferred.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year.
