At least 2 years of relevant supervisory experience is required. Experience working with people experiencing homelessness and/or veterans is preferred. Must have reliable transportation, a current Texas driver’s license and evidence of auto liability insurance. Responsibilities The SSVF Case Manager Supervisor is responsible for providing direct supervision to the SSVF Case Managers. The Supervisor will provide direction and support to case managers as they serve the Veteran clients. The Supervisor will train and ensure that case managers follow the procedure and guidelines of the SSVF grant. The Supervisor will lead case staffings, case conferencing, and other staff meetings. The Supervisor will also have direct contact with clients to resolve questions or issues. They will be responsible for approving check requests and confirming that spending is eligible under the grant. The Supervisor will support a cohesive team mentality, encouraging partnership between team members for the benefit of the client. The Supervisor will work with the Assistant Director and Director of Housing Services to review policy and procedures and will use feedback from the SSVF Compliance Specialist to guide continuous quality management and improvement.
