High performers for these positions tend to be analytical, intuitive, and possess generally good business instincts & critical thinking skills.**How You Will Contribute:*** Build agent and broker relationships* Manage current book of business* Provide excellent customer service* Seek opportunities to access and cultivate new markets* Effectively manage carrier relationships* Provide guidance and training to Assistant Broker* Review and analyze risks, ensuring all required information is obtained**Licenses and Certifications:*** CIC or CPCU designation**Skills & Experience to Be Successful:*** Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from Four-Year College or University* A minimum of 3 years’ experience as Underwriter/Broker* Bachelor’s degree in insurance related discipline (preferred)* A minimum of 5 years of E&S Wholesale experience (preferred)* Experience with Excess & Surplus Lines**About Us:**Bridge Specialty Group creates a more seamless way to connect the varying needs of our retail partners with the market clout and talents of our wholesale entities.
