RN Supervisor

We are looking for an RN Supervisor to work the night shift (11 PM – 7 AM) over weekends (Saturday and Sunday). The position pays $38 – $60 an hour. This role is proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services. Responsibilities Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in New Jersey. Minimum 2+ years nursing experience in a healthcare setting. No previous supervisor experience needed; we will train you. Effective communication skills, professionalism, and ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies or personnel, and the public. Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care center. Qualifications A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of New Jersey. Valid BLS Certification (CPR). Ability to work with multiple patients at once. Must have 2+ years of experience as an RN Supervisor in a long‑term care setting.
