About the Practice

We are a private practice who is a patient first focused primary care organization with multiple clinics throughout the region. We are expanding into a new location in Everett and are looking for a Family Medicine physician to join our growing team.

Our team includes more than 20 providers and 80 dedicated staff members who work collaboratively to deliver high quality, personalized care. Balanced Patient Volume

Physicians have the option to transition to an incentive based compensation model and develop their own APP team. We are happy to discuss how this model works during an initial conversation.

Position Details

• Full time outpatient Family Medicine position
• MD or DO accepted
• Board certified or board eligible
• Patient population primarily adults, typically age 18+
• Approximately 12 to 18 patient visits per day
• Strong commercial insurance population with Medicare accepted
• Established relationships with urgent care and specialty providers
• New location with opportunity to build and grow your patient panel
