Job Description & Requirements

• Travel Step-Down RN – Job Summary
• Provide high-quality nursing care to Step-Down patients as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Requirements: 2+ years of Step-Down experience, BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• EMR: EPIC | First-time travelers accepted.
• Must be willing to float within the same specialty, including the ED.
• Orientation: 16 non-billable hours.
• Additional Pay: On-call ($9/hr), Charge/Preceptor ($6/hr), Holiday (1.15x), Call-back (1.5x with 2-hour minimum).
• Eligibility: Must live 50+ miles from the facility (Madison locals accepted with a 10% rate reduction).
