Gardner Health Services is currently recruiting to fill a Mental Health Therapist  position. This is a full-time positions in the Proyecto Primavera Program in the Behavioral Health Department located at 1887 Monterey Rd. Suite 205, San Jose, CA  95112. Under general supervision of the Program Supervisor, the Mental Health Therapist provides assessments and related psycho social services to adults. The Proyecto Primavera Program focuses on substance abuse treatment for adults seeking assistance with drug and alcohol use.

Minimum Qualifications:

The minimum qualifications of this position is listed below. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

• MHT I - Masters Degree plus registered with the California Board of Behavioral Science (BBS) as MFTI or ASW and have obtained an effective Waiver of Licensure from the Santa Clara Dept of Mental Health.
• MHT II - Masters Degree plus License
• MHT III - License-waivered (pre-licensed) Doctorate Degree
• Bilingual/Bicultural preferred.

Compensation:

Compensation and level of position placement will be determined based on relevant experience and education.

MHT I: $83,605.54 - $96,921.74/Annually

MHT II (Licensed) - $97,333.03 - $112,835.66/Annually
