What You'll Do Client Care & Support Provide supportive, respectful, and therapeutic interactions with clients Assist with admissions, intakes, and orientation of new clients Monitor client behavior and well-being throughout the shift Support clients in following program schedules and expectations Safety & Supervision Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment Conduct client monitoring and routine safety checks Observe medication lines and report concerns as needed Perform client and belongings searches when appropriate Respond calmly and professionally to emergencies or crisis situations Documentation & Communication Complete accurate shift documentation and communication logs Report client concerns and significant events to the treatment team Collaborate with clinical and medical staff to support client success Facility Support Assist with light housekeeping, stocking supplies, and maintaining common areas Help ensure the facility remains clean, organized, and welcoming Support onboarding and training of new staff members as needed Qualifications Required High School Diploma or GED Valid Driver's License Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment Preferred Experience working in behavioral health, mental health, addiction treatment, healthcare, or human services Experience working in a residential treatment environment No experience?
