$70,000 - $90,000 annually based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize complex case files to ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather necessary information and support case development.
• Conduct thorough legal research to provide attorneys with relevant case law and precedents.
• Draft and review correspondence to ensure clear and effective communication with all parties involved.
• Prepare trial exhibits and assist in trial preparation to ensure a seamless courtroom experience.
• Maintain a detailed calendar of deadlines and court dates to keep the legal team on track and informed at all times.

Qualifications:

• Experience in managing complex case files with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Ability to assist attorneys in drafting and preparing legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Proven track record of coordinating with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather essential case information.
• Strong research skills to conduct thorough legal research and provide attorneys with relevant case law.
• Excellent communication skills for drafting and reviewing correspondence with clarity and precision.
• Experience in preparing trial exhibits and assisting in trial preparation for a seamless courtroom experience.
• Ability to maintain a detailed calendar of deadlines and court dates, ensuring the legal team stays informed and on track.
