Join Our Urgent Care Team as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant - Emergency Medicine, or Nurse Practitioner - Urgent Care!

We are seeking motivated Family Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants (PA), and Nurse Practitioners (NP) to deliver exceptional medical services in our fast-paced urgent care centers. What You'll Bring:

  • Minimum of 12 months of clinical experience in urgent or emergency care settings
  • Board certification in family medicine, urgent care, or emergency medicine (e.g., BC / NCCPA / NP Boards)
  • Proficiency with the Epic EMR system
  • Ability to independently evaluate and treat all patient ages (6 months and up), including pediatrics and adults
  • Strong soft skills with excellent communication and patient rapport
  • Comfort managing high-volume patient care efficiently while maintaining thoroughness
  • Valid state license, BLS, NC DEA, and other relevant certifications
  • Willingness to commit to full-time hours, including support during summer months
  • Local candidates residing within 60 miles of Leland/Wilmington, NC
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience performing minor procedures such as I&D, lac repairs, and ear irrigations
  • Ability to work seamlessly with support staff and interdisciplinary teams
  • Ability to handle diverse cases in a high-volume urgent care setting
  • Flexibility to participate in scheduled EMR training and onboarding sessions
Additional Requirements:
  • Must pass a clinical screening and complete EMR training prior to your first shift
  • No travel reimbursement; only mileage within 60 miles of your home residence
  • Supportive supervisory structure provided by our medical team
