Facility: BILH Primary Care

Comments And Notes: BILH coversheet required at time of submission.

Monday-Friday, 8a-5p in chestnut Hill for in person triage and nurse visits.

This is the primary care location, so urgent care or primary care clinic experience required.

Must be separated from BILH for 6+ months to be considered.

Epic experience required. BLS-AHA, MA License required.
