This role involves managing and delivering patient care in a high-acuity surgical environment, with responsibilities including collaboration with the care team, ensuring patient safety, and providing education to patients and families. The nurse demonstrates leadership, critical thinking, and a commitment to quality improvement, delivering compassionate care throughout the perioperative process. Job Details Shift Schedule: Day shifts, 8 or 10 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania, BSN preferred, at least 2 years of clinical experience, certificated in Basic Life Support (BLS), and valid certifications related to PA Act 31, 33, 34, and 73. Preferred Qualifications: Scrubbing experience as an RN is preferred but not required. Schedule: 8/10-hour shifts, 5 to 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours weekly. Additional Information: The role involves working in a specialized OR Open Heart setting, with a minimum of 7 days of call per month. The position is not travel-related.
