Surgical Technologist Location: Saranac Lake, NY Duration: 13 Weeks Contract Shift Timings: Day Shift – 4x10 Hours, Monday–Friday Expected Start Date: 07/06/2026 Pay: $2300/week Job Description: Assist surgeons during operative procedures by preparing and maintaining sterile instruments, supplies, and equipment. Function as the scrub technologist, anticipating the needs of the surgical team throughout procedures. Support a variety of surgical specialties, including vascular and orthopedic procedures. Ensure proper handling of surgical instruments and maintain a sterile environment in the operating room. Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide safe and efficient patient care. Participate in the on-call schedule for urgent and emergent surgical cases as required. Requirements: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) required. Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room experience. Strong experience in vascular and orthopedic surgeries required. Ability to scrub a broad range of surgical procedures. Excellent knowledge of sterile techniques and surgical instrumentation. Current BLS Certification preferred.
