OSF HealthCare seeks an Infection Preventionist to lead prevention, control, and education across a hospital entity. You will work with care teams to drive evidence-based practices to reduce hospital-acquired infections and improve patient safety. The role develops and delivers training, analyzes surveillance data, coordinates improvement initiatives, and participates in infection prevention councils to shape policies and annual plans.
