In this role, you will:Advise experienced leadership to develop or influence business plans, business requirements, direct product design and implementation for complex business and technical needsIdentify actionable insights through portfolio, product, and business performance analysis; develop business cases, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and evaluate strategic opportunities to support growth initiatives and investment decisionsPerform forecasting, performance evaluations, and actual versus forecast analysis to identify key drivers, risks, opportunities, and recommendations that improve product and portfolio outcomesOversee overall product management and strategic focus for the lending products and servicesLead the strategy and resolution of complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth understanding of potential synergies, opportunities companywideDeliver solutions that are long-term, large scale, and require consideration of global market dynamics, trends, regulatory impact, and risk managementProvide vision, direction and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are strategically focused for the personal loans product linesArticulate product vision, define scope, establish goals, and provide direction for teams to design, develop, and deliver technology and processes for updating, upgrading technologies and vendor relationshipsEngage with leaders, stakeholders, subject matter experts across marketing, finance, credit risk, legal, and product developmentServe as an adept advisor to leadershipRequired Qualifications:7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:7+ years of experience in P&L management, pricing, product management, credit risk, or finance in financial servicesIn-depth experience in lending product management with P&L responsibilities, preferably within consumer lending personal loansKnowledge and understanding of lending strategies and methodologies, and key performance driversStrong financial and quantitative analysis skills to help maximize performance metrics linked to lending P&LStrong analytical skills, including segmenting performance, conducting funnel analytics, and deriving insights from large datasetsDemonstrated ability to use data, competitive insights, and cost‑benefit analysis to drive decisions in cross‑functional, matrixed environmentsExperience performing forecasting, performance evaluations, and actual versus forecast analysis to identify drivers, risks, and opportunities and inform strategic recommendationsExperience extracting, analyzing, and synthesizing data to develop business insights and recommendations; experience with SAS, SQL, Python, or similar analytical tools preferredStrategic thinker with demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop actionable, insight‑driven recommendationsExperience building strong relationships, influencing without authority, and collaborating effectively across multiple lines of business in complex, matrixed environmentsExceptional communication skills, including the ability to build executive‑ready presentations that translate complex analysis into clear, compelling insightsResults‑driven, highly organized and adaptable, skilled at prioritizing and delivering results in fast-paced, dynamic settingsConsulting experience (internal or external) strongly preferredMaster’s Degree, MBA or higher preferredJob Expectations:This role offers a hybrid work scheduleAbility to travel up to 10% of the timeThis position is not eligible for Visa sponsorshipPosting Locations:2200 Concord Pike, Wilmington, DE 19803550 S Tryon Charlotte, NC 28202401 Las Colinas Blvd Irving, TX 75039300 Highway 169 S, Minneapolis, MN 55426Required location(s) listed above.
