What does a Certified Nurse Aide do?

As a Certified Nurse Aide at Legacy Living Defiance, you will provide essential direct care to our residents, helping to improve or maintain their abilities as outlined in their individualized plans of care. You will actively assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, and transferring, verbal prompts, physical support, or more extensive help when required. Collaboration is key, and you will seek the assistance of the Wellness Director when faced with uncertainties regarding assignments, procedures, or situations.
